Skills

Strong track record planning, managing and deliverying web and application development projects since 1999. These projects have varied from simple web deployments to high profile application developments with multiple vendors and significant budgets.
Vendor management has been a considerable part of my work in recent years. This has involved sourcing and assessing the technical expertise of potential vendors, managing the quotation process, advising on vendor selection and acting as key point of contact between clients and vendors during the development projects.
Two of my previous roles having involved managing staff and technical management is the focus of my postgraduate qualification. I enjoy working in a team leadership role and can communicate client/business requirements to personnel while also understanding their technical solutions.
